Kenosha Heating & Cooling

Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, stellar workmanship. Matt was our service technician. He did an amazing job, flawless. Serviced the furnace, converted the old filter system, updated the thermostat & brought the gas line for the water heater up to code. He said that the 22 year old furnace was "running good for her age." I would recommend Kenosha Heating & Cooling to anyone. Great local company!

Technician was knowledgeable. He knows what he was doing and explained clearly what he did. He came on time and took picture of his work (readings) he did that is sent along with invoice. I had a bit of a bad experience with another company I worked with a couple of years ago. Now, totally happy to work with Kenosha Heating & Colling for my HVAC tune-ups for last couple of years. Tune-up pricing was quite reasonable compared to a competitor I used before.

A Disgruntled Business. In 2018 they installed a $7,000 New AC unit in our home. Sadly, the workmanship was poor - one of the techs neglected to properly putty an opening which presented an opening for mice. Once we eradicated the mice from our home via an exterminator, I contacted Kenosha Heating and Cooling and requested that they offer an explanation and somehow make me “whole” for this extra expense. I was given a few gift cards as a token of their apology.
Well, today I had Kenosha Heating and Cooling come out and quote placing the AC on new brackets because the current ones have begun to pull away from the foundation. I paid them for the estimate and they informed me that they would get a quote written up.
Sadly, I just received a call from Alex who informed me that they had a change of heart and would not be quoting this job. I pressed him on the “why” and was able to determine that they did not like that in 2018 I called them on the shoddy work they did.
Ridiculous! Put your big boy drawers on, take responsibility for your work, and be a Business.
This ain’t personal. It’s business!!

My overall experience with Kenosha Heating and Cooling LLC was excellent from the front office with Anna who took good care of my furnace needs. James took time to explain the whole process with me about the installation process with the new equipment that I may need on the new furnace going forward. Cody and his team worked very well together in getting things done in a timely fashion at my home.  I would highly recommend Kenosha Heating and Cooling LLC for all of your HVAC needs.

Great experience again with Kenosha heating. The annual furnace check is a must do an account on this company to get the job done. Val was very detailed and professional. I have a recommend this company for heating and cooling as they have always come through with a job well done.
